Zucchetti has expanded its headquarters in Lodi with the new Zucchetti Village, a sustainable and cutting-edge building positioned alongside the historic Tower. The architectural project was designed to combine energy efficiency, technological innovation, and employee wellbeing, creating a modern hub dedicated to creativity and growth.
The Project
The new six-story building stands out for its metallic façades and bioclimatic greenhouses. Developed with a sustainable approach, it integrates a timber structure, photovoltaic panels, and low-energy consumption systems, meeting standards eligible for LEED certification.
The spaces accommodate approximately 1,500 workstations, designed to foster comfort, collaboration, and productivity.
Our Contribution
For this project, we developed an integrated visual communication and space branding system, combining multiple technical solutions:
- Cartesio system for summary signage positioned next to the elevators
- Gradient privacy films applied to glass surfaces
- Adhesive glass films for room identification
- Wall graphics along the corridor connecting the Tower to the Village
- Tone-on-tone 3D acrylic graphics for floor numbering and wayfinding information
A comprehensive intervention that blends functionality, orientation, and aesthetic coherence, perfectly integrating with the building’s contemporary architecture.
3M™ FASARA™ Decorative Films
To ensure privacy while maintaining maximum natural light, we used 3M™ FASARA™ decorative gradient films.
Made from high-quality polyester, these films allow glass surfaces to be enhanced through refined transparency effects. The collection combines aesthetics with technical performance, offering:
- Natural light diffusion
- Privacy control without darkening interiors
- Quick and practical application
- Contemporary finishes inspired by nature
The result is a perfect balance between creativity and functionality, enhancing the architectural space while improving the everyday user experience.
