Approximately 13,000 square meters of residential space, on the site of the former Diatto factory, with 582 fully furnished studios. In Turin, a new university residence, Taurasia Living Turin, signed by Patrizia SE. The residence offers a wide range of fully furnished studios, designed to ensure maximum comfort for students with all-inclusive rates, allowing each guest to enjoy privacy and tranquility during their stay. Among the main aspects that Patrizia SE wanted to focus on are the safety of guests and the sustainability of the structure.

The structure, which excludes gas stoves and is equipped with solar panels for lighting common areas, has obtained the prestigious LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, promoted by the U.S. Green Building Council, which certifies the level of sustainability of the building and confirms the commitment towards a more eco-sustainable future.

The signage has been designed and made mainly with custom systems in line with the architectural colors. Of notable impact are the wall graphics located in various points of the structure. Ikon Segnali also took care of the creation and installation of the signs to complete the exterior wayfinding recognition project of the building.
