From the Belle Epoque to modern architecture. On the shores of Lake Como, the Grand Hotel Victoria Concept & Spa in Menaggio (Como) has undergone major extension and renovation. The 1892 villa was completed with the addition of a new building, called “il Palazzo.” Today, the Grand Hotel Victoria represents the newest 5-star luxury identity on Lake Como.

In the old part, some original Liberty-style elements have been preserved to give character to the spaces and to enhance, through contrast, the modern furnishings. In this broad enterprise, with a high synergy between technical and aesthetic design, IKON has also contributed to providing guests with an experience curated in every detail.

The signage has been designed and implemented with custom-made solutions, respecting the architectural identity and furnishings.

To achieve this harmony between historical and modern, a thorough study was conducted from both chromatic and material perspectives.

The material contrasts, tempered glass, and aluminum, along with raised texts painted in “Oro Molteni” gold, provide great uniqueness and aesthetic refinement.
